Mocha Buttercream Frosting Recipe

Mocha Buttercream Frosting Recipe
2 sticks of butter (not margarine)
3 cups 10X sugar (confectioners' sugar)
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Using a mixer on medium speed, cream the butter and sugar together for 5-7 minutes or until smooth. Sift the cocoa powder and stir it into the bowl. Add the coffee and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and of spreading consistency, adding a bit more sugar if the icing is too thin. Makes 2 3/4 cups of frosting.
