1no Onion (chopped finely)
1cup Milk
Salt
Pepper powder to taste
Pressure cook the chopped beets, chopped carrots and chopped onions along with enough water upto 3hisses..Blend the cooked veggies immediately with handblender, finally add the milk,pepper powder and salt, bring to boil if needed...
Enjoy this soup with some bread toasts...
