Tupperware Oval Microwave Cooker Rotisserie Chicken Recipe

This is a great recipe by Tupperware that utilizes the Tupperware Oval Microwave Cooker. This recipe will make 6 servings.
Rotisserie Chicken Recipe
1 (3.5 to 4 lb.) roasting chicken
2-3 Tbsp. Tupperware Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
Place chicken into the base of the Tupperware Oval Microwave Cooker with the deep colander ring placed on top. Generously season outside of the chicken and the inside cavity with the Tupperware Southwest Chipotle Seasoning. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 7 1/2 minutes per pound of chicken. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
