Easy Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 lb. wide egg noodles (cooked and drained)
1 small box frozen green peas
1 can flaked tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Cook and drain the egg noodles according to package directions. In a large 2 quart casserole dish or large baking dish, combine all of the above ingredients together. Bake in a 350 degree oven, uncovered for approximately 30 minutes. If desired, you can sprinkle some bread crumbs or additional cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of the baking time.
Easy Artichoke Dip Recipe

Artichoke Dip
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese and green chilies. Mix well and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped green onions and chopped tomato if desired.
Pork Chops and Scallop Potatoes Recipe

Smoked Pork Chops and Scallop Potatoes
4 cups sliced raw potatoes
1/2 cup sliced onion
2 Tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups heated warm milk
4 lean pork chops
Place a layer of potatoes and sliced onion in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle chops with a little flour, salt and pepper to taste. Repeat layers, ending with potatoes and onion on top. Pour heated up warm milk over the top. In a skillet, over medium heat, brown the pork chops on each side. Remove chops from skillet and place in casserole dish over the potato mixture. Cover and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until done.

1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets (tm) Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Paremesan cheese
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tablespoons dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine soup mix, mayonnaise and cheese, set aside. On a baking sheet, arrange chicken. Evenly top chicken with soup mixture, then evenly sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 400 degree oven or until chicken is no longer pink.
Bisquick Cheese Biscuits Recipe

Cheese Biscuits
2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large Tupperware bowl, combine all ingredients so that it forms a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into a ball on a floured dough board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough so that its a 1/2" thick. Cut with a floured 2" round biscuit cutter. Bake on a baking sheet lined with the Tupperware Silicone Wonder Baking Mat (its nonstick) for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. This recipe will make 10-12 biscuits.

Aloha Pineapple Fruit Dip
1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. confectioner's powdered sugar
1/2 cup canned pineapple, drained
In the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, mix together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in the pineapple and chill until serving time. This dip will become firm once chilled, serve in a bowl or form into a ball.
Tupperware Peanut Butter Cup Brownies Recipe
Over The Top Brownies
1 (21 ounce) pkg. fudgy style brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
7 oz. (28 pieces) miniature peanut butter cups
In the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil and water. Pour the brownie batter into a 9 x 13" baking dish. Crumble the miniature peanut butter cups over top of the brownie batter. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-17 minutes.
Easy Homemade Vanilla Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups powdered confectioner's sugar
3 tablespoons milk, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix confectioner's sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons milk and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl with an electric mixer. Add the additional 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk until the frosting is of spreading consistency. This recipe will make 1/2 a cup of frosting that you can use on small cakes or cupcakes.
Tupperware Smashed Potatoes Recipe

Smashed Potatoes Recipe
1 lb. of sliced red potatoes with skins left on
2 Tbsp. low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. Tupperware Southwest Chipotle Seasoning (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Place potatoes in shallow colander over base of the Tupperware microwave cooker with 1 cup water. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5-7 minutes or until fork tender. Drain water and place potatoes in base, add cream cheese, Southwest Chipotle Seasoning, salt and pepper. Gently smash with a potato masher. Serve immediately.
Note: We like to top ours with some sour cream.
Tupperware Oval Microwave Cooker Rotisserie Chicken Recipe

This is a great recipe by Tupperware that utilizes the Tupperware Oval Microwave Cooker. This recipe will make 6 servings.
Rotisserie Chicken Recipe
1 (3.5 to 4 lb.) roasting chicken
2-3 Tbsp. Tupperware Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
Place chicken into the base of the Tupperware Oval Microwave Cooker with the deep colander ring placed on top. Generously season outside of the chicken and the inside cavity with the Tupperware Southwest Chipotle Seasoning. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 7 1/2 minutes per pound of chicken. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
No Bake Lemon Cheese Pie Recipe

No Bake Lemon Cheese Pie
1 graham cracker crumb crust
1 box instant lemon pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
In a large bowl, prepare instant pudding mix according to package directions. Mix in softened cream cheese until ingredients are blended. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

In the summertime, we enjoy eating some eggplant which is very easily grown in a home garden. This recipe is easy to make and healthy for you too!
Fried Eggplant
1 medium to large eggplant
3 cups of water with 1 tablespoon of salt (salt water)
1-2 well beaten eggs
1-2 cups of bread crumbs
vegetable oil
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
Pare eggplant and cut into 1/2" thick slices. Soak the slices in salt water for 1 hour. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Dip slices in beaten egg and roll in fine bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil until brown on both sides over low to medium heat. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. You can serve your sliced eggplant with catsup or tomato sauce.

Salisbury Steak
9-12 hamburger patties
2 envelopes of brown gravy mix
1 envelope mushroom gravy mix or onion soup mix
water
In a large frying pan, brown hamburger patties on both sides. Dissolve brown gravy mix and mushroom gravy mix in 2 cups of hot water. Add gravy mixture and hamburger patties to your crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours or until done.

1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into wedges
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into pieces
8 strawberries, remove stems
2 tbsp. apple jelly (optional)
Place apple pieces, kiwi pieces and strawberries in Quick Chef. Add apple jelly, if desired. Turn handle until fruit is coarsely chopped. Do not over chop. Serve with a variety of Chips.

Chinese Style Spare Ribs
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 clove garlic, crushed
3-4 lbs. spare ribs
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic in a medium-sized bowl. Brush on both sides of ribs. Place ribs in crock pot. Pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Makes 4-6 servings.
Easy To Make Rocky Road Fudge Recipe

Rocky Road Fudge
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
Line a 13x9" baking pan with foil that has been greased lightly.
Microwave morsels and sweetened condensed milk in a large, uncovered microwave safe bowl on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir. Morsels may retain some of their shape. If neccessary, microwave an additional 10-15 seconds until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Fold in miniature marshmallows and nuts.
Press mixture into prepared baking pan.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
Summertime Fresh Lemonade Recipe

Nothing says summertime more than drinking some freshly made lemonade!
Summertime Lemonade
1 3/4 qt. of bottled spring water
1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup of granulated sugar
lemon wedges to garnish your glasses
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a Tupperware 2 quart beverage pitcher. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill for 2 hours. Serve over ice or with lemon wedges.
*optional* If you like a little strawberry taste, slice 6 strawberries and throw them in or just add 1/4 cup of strawberry juice.

Carmelized Apricot Pie
Serves 8
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
1 refrigerated pie crust (half of 15 oz. package), room temperature
18-20 canned apricot halves, drained
1/4 tsp. Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon & Vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup almonds (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 6-Cup/ 1.4L Wonderlier® Bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon & Vanilla. Set aside. Place apricots in center of pie crust, leaving a 2-inch border; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll dough up to edge of filling. Sprinkle with almonds if desired. Bake until crust is golden brown, about 43-45 minutes. Serve warm.
For an "à la mode" version, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, using the Ice Cream Scoop.

12 oz. can tuna, drained
4 oz. shredded swiss cheese
2 egg whites
2/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
In the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, combine all of the above ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Grill on a preheated grill or spray non-stick cooking spray in a fry pan and fry them via stove-top.
