Eggless Gingery Carrot Cookies

1/2cup Grated Carrots
1cup Quick Cooking Oats
1cup Wheat pastry flour
1/2cup All purpose flour
3tbsp Apple sauce
1cup Sugar (grounded)
1/4cup Butter (room temperature)
1tsp Baking soda
1/2tsp Baking powder
1tsp Ginger powder
2tbsp Almond nuts (grounded coarsely)
pinch Salt
Beat together the butter and grounded sugar or u can use very well confectioner's sugar, until soft and creamy, meanwhile in a large bowl mix together the quick cooking oats, wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, grounded almond nutss and grated carrots...add slowly the creamed sugered butter,ginger powder and apple sauce to the flour mixture and turned everything as soft dough...
Preheat the oven at 350F, line a baking sheet over a baking pan, grease the sheet...take a small portion from the dough, roll them as small golf sized balls..place this rolled doughs over the greased baking sheet with some space between them and bake for 15-20minutes in middle rack or until they turns golden brown..
