Tupperware Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe



Chef Stuart's Chicken Salad Sandwich
Serves 2

4 slices whole wheat sandwich bread
1 cooked chicken breast, cubed
1/2 cup celery, cut into two one-inch slices
1/2 cup apple, seeded and quartered
1 tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. raisins

Shred chicken, celery and apple together in a Quick Chef. Remove the top and add mayonnaise. Replace top and give another spin until mixed. Remove salad using a Saucy Silicone Spatula and place into a 6-cup/1.4 L Wonderlier® Bowl. Add raisins and mix well. Spread mixture evenly over the two sandwiches, then place each sandwich in a Sandwich Keeper.
