Savoury Carrot & Parsley Pancakes
2nos Eggs
1/2cup Grated carrots
5sprigs Parsley leaves (chopped)
3tbsp Cornflour
3tbsp Water
Pepper powder
Salt
Beat the eggs well with cornflour, water, pepper powder and salt until everything get well mixed, finally add the grated carrots, chopped parsley leaves to the beatened eggs-flour mixture, mix well..Heat few drops of oil, pour a small quantity of this pancake batter and cook on both sides until they get well cooked..
Enjoy warm..
