Perfect Pasta Pesto Salad Recipe

My husband absolutely loves this pesto pasta salad recipe! You will need to refrigerate it for at least 1 hour...however, I like to refrigerate mine for 4-6 hours before serving it to allow all of the flavors to infuse into the pasta.

Perfect Pasta Pesto Salad

8 oz. of rotini pasta (can use colored pasta if desired)
3 sm. bell peppers, chopped
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, cut into chunks
1 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1 c. red onion, thinly sliced
1 c. fresh basil, slivered

Cook pasta according to directions, drain and place in large bowl. Toss in the rest of the ingredients. Prepare the Italian Dressing:

7 Seasons Italian Dressing Packet, fully prepared (tm)

Pour over the above mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
