Easy To Make Watergate Dessert Cake Recipe

Watergate Dessert Cake
Cake:
1 pkg. white cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup of 7-up Soda
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
In a large Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, beat all cake ingredients together until well blended. Lightly grease a 9 x 13" baking pan. Pour cake batter into baking pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Icing:
2 pkgs. powdered whipped topping mix
1 1/4 cups milk
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the whipped topping mix with the cold milk. Stir in the pistachio pudding mix and use a mixer until its of spreading consistency. Spread icing on your cooled cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
