Minty Mixed Veggies & Chickpeas Salad

Nutritious, healthy, filling and very refreshing salad with mint leaves spiced with chaat masala, peppers powder and olive oil with sesame seeds...Quite a simple salad but truly delicious salad to enjoy just with simple bread toast..I used some leftover corns, chickpeas and shallots with grated carrots to make out this fantastic colourful salad with simple dressing..We had a fantabulous salad for our which is quite rich in protein packed salad na!! sending to MLLA-22th helping guest hosted by Ruchika, event by Susan, Madhuri's Serve me some - Salads and finally to Usha's Healthy Inspirations Event-Salads...


1cup Chickpeas (cooked)
1/2cup Corn kernels
2nos Carrots (grated)
5nos Shallots (chopped finely)
15nos Mint leaves (chopped)
1tbsp Sesame seeds
1/4tsp Chaat masala
1/2tsp Pepper powder
Olive Oil
Salt

Take the chickpeas,corn kernels,grated carrots, chopped mint leaves in a large bowl, make a simple dressing with sesame seeds,chaat masala,pepper powder, salt and olive oil....Pour the dressing and toss gently the veggies and serve immediately...
