1cup Avocado (pieces)
1tsp Lemon juice
1no Tomato (crushed)
1tsp Home made rasam powder
4nos Garlic cloves
1no Slit opened green chilly
1/2tsp Mustard seeds
1/4tsp Cumin seeds
1/4tsp Asafoetida powder
2nos Dry red chillies
5nos Curry leaves
2tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
Make a smooth paste with avocado pieces and lemon juice in a blender,take the avocado puree, crushed garlic cloves, crushed tomatoes, home made rasam powder,curry leaves with enough salt and water together in a bowl ....heat enough oil and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chillies,slit opened green chillies and asafoetida powder and let them fry...now add the avocado puree-spice water..once they starts bubbling put off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves,give a stir...
Serve hot with rice and any spicy side dishes!
