Caramel Cake-Steam Cooked

2cups All purpose flour
2nos Eggs
1tsp Baking powder
1/4tsp Baking Soda
1cup Sugar
3tbsp Butter
1/4cup Caramel Syrup
Beat the eggs with sugar and butter until the sugar gets dissolved, meanwhile line a baking sheet in a vessel and grease them slightly with butter..now add the caramel syrup to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well..gradually add the all purpose flour,baking soda,baking powder and mix everything well but dont overmix..
Heat two cups of water in the pressure cooker, place a plate and gently arrange the vessel with cake batter, steam cook in high flame for 5minutes and put them in simmer..Cook the cake for 30minutes in simmer (cooking time may change)...Put off the stove..
Cool the cake completely and enjoy with a cup of coffee or decorate the cake as per as u desire...
