Homemade Blueberry Muffins Recipe

If you are looking for a blueberry muffine recipe that uses fresh blueberries, then you will enjoy this one.
Blueberry Muffins
2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
Rinse blueberries and pat dry. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir in egg, milk and vegetable oil. Gently stir in the blueberries until all ingredients are combined. Line a muffin tin with muffin papers and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
