Waffles
in breakfast, freezer, waffle iron on Wednesday, October 26, 2011
3 eggs1 1/2 cup buttermilk (or sour milk)
1 t. baking soda
1 3/4 cup flour (I use 1 cup of white and 3/4 cup of wheat)
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Mix it together and make yummy waffles.
Holly's Note:
These are simply the best waffles I've ever eaten. They also freeze really well. I make up the whole batch and then freeze whatever doesn't get eaten. I just pop them in the toaster when we want some fresh waffles.
