Gluten-Free Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup creamy smooth peanut butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
24 milk chocolate Hershey Candy Kisses
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg in a Tupperware mixing bowl; beat until blended and smooth. Shape dough into 24 balls about 1 1/2" in diameter. Place the balls 2" apart on a baking sheet lined with the Tupperware Nonstick Silicone Wonder baking mat. Press one chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie. Bake for 8-11 minutes or until they are done. Store in an airtight container once they are cooled.
