Chocolate Vanilla Fudge
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 (5 oz.) Hershey (tm) candy bars
3 sm. pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar and milk in a saucepan. Cook the mixture for 5 1/2 minutes. Stir occasionally so that it won't scorch. Break up candy bars into small pieces into a large bowl. Add the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, salt and vanilla. Pour hot mixture over the other ingredients in the bowl and stir until smooth. Pour into buttered pans. Let set for 24 hours and then cut into squares.
