Delicious Easy To Make Chocolate Cherry Cake Recipe



Chocolate Cherry Cake

1 pkg. chocolate fudge cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. milk (I use 2% milk)
5 tbsp. margarine or butter
1 (6 oz) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a large bowl mix together the cake mix, pie filling, almond extract and eggs. Pour into a bundt pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until done. In a sauce pan, combine sugar, milk and margarine. Bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add chocolate chips and stir until they are melted. Pour chocolate glaze over warm cake.
