Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
1 lb. jumbo lump crab meat
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (I use Old Bay)
1 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon parsley
dash of lemon juice
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the crab meat. Toss crab meat into the bowl with the ingredients, lightly...so that you don't break apart the meat. Form into 4 or 5 large patties. Place patties in a baking dish that has been lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes or until done.
