Cardamom Flavoured Pear Smoothie
in Drinks, Fruits, Juices, Oil-less items on Saturday, February 4, 2012
2cups Pears (chopped)
2cups Thick yogurt
1/4cup Milk
Agave syrup or honey as per need
2nos Cardamom pods
Blend the chopped pears, yogurt, milk ,honey and cardamom pods together, u can strain either this smoothie or else can serve immediately with ice cubes or chilled..
Enjoy this refreshing drink..
