Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry

2cups Chicken (boneless & chopped as thin slices)
1no Onion( big and chopped lengthwise)
25nos Broccoli florets
2tbsp Dark soya sauce
1tbsp Chilli sauce
2tbsp Sesame Oil
1tsp Rice vinegar
1tbsp Corn starch or corn flour
Oil
Salt
Green spring onions for garnishing
Marinate the chicken pieces along with dark soya sauce, chilli sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar and let them sit for an hour...Heat enough oil in high flame and saute the chopped onions until they get half cooked, add immediately the marinate chicken without the marinated sauce ,saute until the chicken get cooked, add immediately the broccoli florets and saute for few minutes, now add the corn starch ,salt to the left over marinated sauce, mix everything(add water if needed) and add this sauce-corn starch mixture to the cooking veggies-chicken, cook until the sauce get thickens...
Garnish the stir fry with chopped green onions and enjoy with any sort of rice...
