Look no further for a great appetizer! Mom loved to entertain and cook for people and she made this recipe for cocktail parties many times. This is not your average cheese ball; it has a kick to it thanks to the addition of Roquefort cheese. It’s great at holiday time or any time because it is easy, can be made a day ahead of time and has a great appearance. It’s tried and true and is a piquant appetizer to whet the appetite of your guests! Yummy is the word for this cheese ball!
