Vanilla Waffles
2cups Milk
1/4cup Butter (melted)
3cups Plain flour
2tsp Baking powder
Salt
1/2cup Sugar
3nos Eggs
2tsp Vanilla extract
Preheat the waffle maker, in a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar..meanwhile beat the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and butter in an another bowl, gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and turn everything as thick batter.. pour a ladle of batter to the preheated waffle maker until they get cooked..
Serve warm with chocolate spread or confectioner's sugar or topped with fresh fruits & icecreams...
