Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

1 ½ c. flour
1 t. baking soda
½ t. salt
½ t. cinnamon
1 c. butter
¾ c. sugar
¾ c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
3 c. uncooked oats
2 c. butterscotch chips

In small bowl, combine dry ingredients. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. And add oats and chips. Stir in dry ingredients. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes.

My husband calls these cookies, "Food Heroin". They are his absolute favorite.
