Homemade Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing Recipe



During the summer months, we enjoy fresh salads almost daily to use up the veggies in our garden. We prefer homemade salad dressings over the pricey store bought ones.

Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup Bleu Cheese, crumbled

In a small Tupperware mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic and black pepper. Whisk by hand until mixture is smooth. Stir in the crumbled Bleu Cheese using the Tupperware Saucy Silicone Spatula. Serve over your fresh salad or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
