Homemade Watermelon Salsa Recipe

Watermelon Salsa

2 cups watermelon, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. water chestnuts, chopped
3 tbsp. green peppers, chopped
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving. Tip: If you have a food processor, use it to chop up your veggies. This recipe will make 2 cups of salsa.
