Creamy Peanut Butter Icing Recipe

This is a really simple 3 ingredient recipe to make Peanut Butter Icing. If you like it creamy, this is what this recipe will give you...the perfect icing for cakes, cupcakes and brownies.

Peanut Butter Icing

1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup creamy peanut butter

In a small bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add the canned milk and then the peanut butter. Continue mixing until the icing is smooth and creamy.

This icing will make enough to frost a 9 or 10" layer cake, 24 cupcakes or a 15x10" sheet cake.
