Cheesy Ranch Vegetable Dip Recipe

I like to serve this dip with a tray of fresh veggie sticks but you could certainly use it with your favorite chips and crackers too.

Cheesy Ranch Dip

1 (1 ounce) pkg. dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
2 cups extra sharp low-fat cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. Bleu Cheese

Veggie Sticks: celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber slices

Mix dry dressing mix with mayonnaise. Chill for 30 minutes. In a food processor, mix all remaining ingredients well. Add dressing mixture. Process until smooth. Place dip in a decorate dip bowl or dip container. Chill dip until ready to serve. This dip will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
