7-Up Moist Dessert Cake Recipe
7-Up Dessert Cake
3 sticks butter
3 cups granulated sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons lemon extract
1 1/2 cups 7-Up Soda
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add in eggs, one at a time. Add in flour and lemon extract. Beat until ingredients are combined. Fold in the 7-Up soda. Pour into a well greased Bundt or Angel Food cake pan. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until done. Let cool for 1 hour before glazing or adding frosting.
